I love the unifying feeling that gathering as a community brings. And especially so when we gather to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ…the true reason we celebrate Christmas. Here is a chance to set aside the ‘hustle & bustle’ of the season and join a ‘Sing Along’ of the beautiful and inspired music of ‘Handel’s Messiah’. This is a COMMUNITY event. ALL are welcome to join in singing. Or you may come and enjoy listening in the audience! There will be soloists and orchestra performing as well. Music scores will be available for those who would like to join in singing.
There will also be a collection of non-perishable food items that you may donate to if you would like. This truly is ‘The Most Wonderful Time of the Year’ as we celebrate the birth & life of Christ. Hope to see you there!
There will be practices held prior to the ‘Sing Along’ for those who would like to join. However, you do not need to come to the practices…just come and join in! Practices are Sunday Dec. 11 and Sunday Dec. 18 at 5pm at the same venue as the event.
